Frequently asked questions

When and where is aiblLIVE London 2026?

Tuesday 20 October 2026 at Convene Sancroft, Rose Street, Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7DQ. Doors open at 08.00 and the day closes at 18.30. Registration and networking run from 08.00 to 09.00, and the day ends with drinks, deals and demos from 17.00.

How many sessions are there and how are they organised?

There are 61 sessions across five tracks: Growth, Workforce, Customer, Efficiency and AI Infrastructure, plus four closed-door, one-hour boardroom roundtables. The track sessions run in two formats: 49 case studies and live demos, and 12 workshops.

Can I move between tracks during the day?

Yes. Tracks are not ticketed separately, so a single pass covers all five. The interactive agenda above shows every session by start time, so you can spot clashes and plan a route across tracks before the day. Boardroom roundtables are the exception and need to be requested.

What are the boardroom roundtables and how do I get a place?

There are four closed-door roundtables, each running for one hour under the Chatham House rule. Seats are limited and by invitation, so request one when you register. Boardrooms are the only sessions that need booking: workshops and everything else are first come, first seated.

Do I need to book a workshop?

No. All twelve workshops are open to any delegate on the day, first come, first seated. Only the boardroom roundtables need booking, because they are by invitation.

Some sessions say speaker to be announced. When will they be confirmed?

Six sessions are confirmed by subject but not yet by speaker, and are marked as such in the grid. They are being filled as speakers confirm. This page updates in place, so it always shows the current programme.
