aiblLIVE 2026: frequently asked questions

What was aiblLIVE London 2026?

aiblLIVE London 2026 was a one-day conference on practical AI adoption for UK business leaders, held at Convene Sancroft in London on 20 October 2026. More than 1,000 leaders registered. Sessions ran across five tracks, Growth, Customer, Efficiency, Workforce and AI Infrastructure, alongside hands-on workshops and four closed-door boardroom roundtables.

Are the aiblLIVE 2026 case studies free?

Yes. Every case study, workshop guide and boardroom findings report is free. You fill in a short form on the download page and the PDF opens straight away. Each case study sets out what the organisation did, the figures its speakers shared on stage and the lessons other leaders can apply.

Which organisations shared AI case studies at aiblLIVE?

Speakers came from organisations including JP Morgan Chase, the Met Office, Royal Mail, Ipsos, Virgin Atlantic, WPP and the British Red Cross. There were 47 case study and live demo sessions in total. Each write-up is based on the session itself, so the numbers are the ones the speakers gave to the room.

What is a boardroom findings report?

A boardroom findings report sets out what a closed-door roundtable of senior leaders concluded about one hard question on AI. The roundtables ran under the Chatham House Rule, so each report names the host but no participants, and every view is paraphrased. Each one ends with five actions to take back.
