Meet the leaders who own, fund and roll out AI
Leaders responsible for AI transformation in UK organisations come to aibl to compare what works. They do it at aiblLIVE, at our smaller events, in our research and in aiblBRIEF every week. You meet them there. In 2026, 900+ came to aiblLIVE and three in four were director level or above. On 13 July 2027, 2,000 meet at the InterContinental London, The O2.
For AI platforms and applications, and for the consultancies, implementers and trainers who help organisations put AI to work.

Why are AI buyers so hard to reach?
AI budgets no longer sit with IT alone. The CEO, CFO or sales leader who now signs off AI doesn’t go to tech conferences, and their inbox is full of AI pitches.
Most organisations are between “we need to do this” and “we have done it”, and that is when they choose partners.

Mind Over Tech
We decided to sponsor aiblLIVE because it is catering to the exact audience that we try and sell to on a day-to-day basis. Pairing with aiblLIVE was the perfect match.
The format worked really well. I’ve had nothing but wonderful feedback from the boardroom itself. Listening to speakers is great, but I don’t think anything quite beats the joy of having a private conversation with peers.
The audience was perfect, and the boardroom format worked wonderfully… We generated 50 active prospects from the event.
What stood out for us with aiblLIVE was the broad set of people arriving, the different businesses, different providers, and a truly diverse set of experiences.
There are currently numerous events about AI, but what I loved about this one was its focus on practical applications and real case studies.
Every time we tried to gather for a photo, someone came over for a conversation. The conversations won. Every time.

When and where is aiblLIVE 2027?
How does aiblLIVE 2027 put you in front of them?
Five tracks, organised by the AI problem leaders are solving, not by job title. Then five ways to meet them.
Content sessions
15 minutes on stage, TED style, then 5 minutes of questions from the room. A case study puts your client on stage; a live demo shows your product on a real use case. Five track rooms run 15 sessions each, with a host and no pitch slides. Every room is scanned in and out, so you get your audience list.

Leadership pathway
A route through the day for CEOs, CFOs, COOs and chairs. Leadership sessions are marked in every track, and the pathway runs on into the leadership roundtables, so senior leaders can follow it all day.
Leadership roundtables
Twelve one-hour roundtables, by invitation, under the Chatham House rule. Each brings together one role around one question, such as AI in the boardroom, paying for AI or pilot to production. You can host one.
Workshops
Twelve one-hour workshops, one partner each. Your team leads a live build with your product or method. Leaders bring a laptop and a real problem, and leave with an agent, app or workflow they can use.
Discovery Zone
Every route through the day runs through it. Leaders book 20-minute consultations at 20 Expert Bars along Expert Alley before the day. Twenty demo pods have a back wall, a 55-inch screen and walk-up demos all day, alongside experiential activations and 10 startup tables.
One-to-one meetings, for select partners
You tell us the roles and organisations you want to meet. Director-level attendees choose the partners they want to meet, and we confirm the meetings before the day. You meet in the 1:1 Meetings Lounge or on your stand.
What do you get afterwards?
The evidence, set against the buyers you told us you wanted to meet.
Your session audience list
Everyone who came to your session, by role and organisation.
Your meetings and scans
Every Expert Bar consultation and one-to-one, and every conversation at your pod, bar or table.
A debrief against your targets
Who came, set against the buyers you wanted.
