Microsoft Copilot Workshop
The Microsoft Copilot Workshop is a 45-minute, hands-on session at aiblLIVE London on 20 October 2026, where a Microsoft specialist shows you Copilot on real business tasks and you build your own.
It is for leaders who have Copilot but aren’t getting much out of it yet.
You’ll watch it draft a board paper from rough notes, pull the key numbers out of a spreadsheet and clear a backlog of replies. Then you build your own version on your laptop, and leave with prompts and templates you can use the next morning.
Part of aiblLIVE London, 20 October 2026, Convene Sancroft.
Most teams have Copilot. Few get real work out of it.
This session closes that gap. In 45 minutes a Microsoft specialist shows you Copilot doing jobs you’ll recognise: turning rough notes into a first-draft board paper, pulling the key numbers out of a spreadsheet, clearing a backlog of customer emails. Then you build your own on the spot. You leave with prompts, templates and a clear first move for your team. Every minute is spent on Copilot doing real work. It isn’t a product demo.
Four reasons this is worth your time
You leave with output, not notes.
Prompts and templates you can use the next morning.
You build it yourself.
Work on your own laptop, with a Microsoft specialist beside you.
It's pitched at your work.
Real business tasks you’ll recognise, not a staged demo.
It comes from Microsoft.
Delivered by Microsoft’s own team, through aibl’s partnership with Microsoft.

Forty-five minutes, hands on
A Microsoft specialist runs Copilot through a board paper, a spreadsheet and an inbox backlog while you watch, then you build your own version on your laptop with them beside you. There’s a short, practical Q&A at the end. You leave with prompts and templates ready to use, and a clear sense of where Copilot pays off first in your organisation.
Bring a laptop, and a task you’d like to hand off. You’ll leave knowing how to give it to Copilot.

Is the workshop included in my aiblLIVE pass?
Yes, it is included with your pass. Seats are limited and pre-booked, so reserve your place when you register.
Do I need to be technical?
No. It is built for business leaders, not developers. The focus is getting useful work done, not writing code.
Do I need to be a Microsoft customer to take part?
Yes. This workshop is for existing Microsoft customers, so you can build along on your own setup and leave with prompts and templates you can use straight away. If you’re not a Microsoft customer yet, there’s plenty else across the day, and the team can point you to the right next step.
What should I bring?
A laptop, so you can build along and leave with something that works.
How long is it?
45 minutes.
Will I actually leave with something I can use?
Yes. You leave with prompts and templates you can use straight away, and a clear first step for your team.
