Our content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site, including our articles, research, reports, graphics, brand names and logos, belongs to aibl or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share links to our content, and you may cite our research with clear attribution to aibl. You may not republish, resell or substantially reproduce our content without our written permission.

The AI Enablement Directory
The AI Enablement Directory lists third-party providers. Listings are provided by those providers, and while we apply qualification criteria, a listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or warranty by aibl. We are not a party to any arrangement you enter into with a provider you find through the Directory, and we are not responsible for their services. You should carry out your own checks before engaging any provider.
Content you submit
If you submit information to us, for example a Directory listing or a form, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us a licence to use and display that information for the purpose it was submitted. We may remove or decline any submission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for any business loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
