Why attend

Four reasons this is worth your time

You leave with a working automation

A business-focused agent you built yourself, ready to use the next morning.

You try it, not just watch

On your own laptop, in monday.com, with both hosts beside you.

No account, no setup

No monday.com account and no technical background. If you can use a browser, you can build along.

Straight from monday.com

Led by monday.com’s own team, through aibl’s partnership with monday.com.

Who's leading it

Led by monday.com's team

Luis Clark, AI Transformation and Adoption Lead at monday.com

How the session runs

Indicative timings.

Where the 30% hides

About 5 minutes. The admin that fills a third of the week, and why it never had anywhere to go until now.

A real workflow, automated live

About 10 minutes. Luis and James hand the repetitive parts of a real process to monday.com’s AI agents and AI Blocks, start to finish.

Build your own

About 25 minutes. You set up your own automation on your laptop, step by step, in monday.com, with both hosts on hand.

Next steps

About 5 minutes. Where to point it next when you are back at your desk.

How you'll spend the day

Practical, hands on AI adoption

aiblLIVE is a working day, not a spectator sport.

A handful of formats carry the day, each with a clear job, and your pass is the whole event: follow one track end to end, or move freely across all five tracks and every format and build your own day. You are never tied to a single track.

At the centre is the Discovery Zone, the working hub that runs from the first coffee to the closing drinks.

Operator case studies

15 minutes from leaders who have put AI into production: the problem, the workflow, the result.

Hands-on workshops

45 minutes building with real AI tools on a real business challenge. Bring a laptop, leave with a workflow.

Live demos

Real tools on real data, run by the operators and partners who built them. Ask what worked, what broke and what it cost.

Boardroom roundtables

45-minute closed-door peer discussions under the Chatham House Rule.

Smart Networking

Meet the peers and partners worth your time, in a room that is 78% C-suite, MD or business owner.

Micro-consultations at the Expert Bar

Pre-booked 20-minute one-to-one appointments with specialists, matched to the challenge you bring.
