We work in two ways: intensive private bootcamps delivered on-site in your office, and 4-week transformation programmes delivered live on Zoom.
Teams learn to build agents that work on their own data, connect securely to the tools they already use, run recurring work on their own, and roll out across a team. Graduates report a median of 5 hours saved per person per week. At Connectd, a 150-person B2B marketplace, eight leaders took part and six shipped something running against live company data, including two custom MCP servers built by people who are not engineers.
It is taught live, not as videos. The 4-week programme runs eight live sessions, including Demo Day, mixing small-group building with 1:1 help from AI experts, plus office hours and weekly checkpoints. Groups are kept small so every participant gets hands-on attention. Teaching centres on Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code, and also works with ChatGPT and Codex.
James co-founded Encore Musicians (acquired by Mixcloud), was Creator Growth Lead at ElevenLabs, and has trained 500+ people. Clients include Bloom & Wild, Healf, numerous VC funds and the British government. Cohorts 1, 2 and 3 all sold out.
