Company Description

I’m Paul Thomas, founder of The Human Co., and I help UK organisations get their people actually using AI every day. I treat AI adoption as a people and behaviour-change challenge, not a technology problem.

I bring 20 years of learning and development leadership, most recently leading group-wide talent and learning for 1,200+ colleagues at the Devonshire Group, and previously at HelloFresh, Babbel and Morgan Stanley. I work in three ways:

Training and embedding: role-based AI training, champion networks and manager coaching, built with your people in the tools they already use, so new habits stick.

Strategy and governance: a practical starting point, AI policy and guardrails, and use cases ranked by value and risk.

Custom tools: AI-assisted systems that run inside your own environment, such as an SOP platform I built for an international manufacturing group that turns existing documents into interactive, role-based procedures.

I work with organisations of roughly 50 to 500 people across the private, public and charity sectors, and I’m known for honest guidance on what AI can and can’t do.
