Company Description

Superposition helps consumer brands work out where AI genuinely earns its place, and builds their teams’ ability to use it well.

We start with the business. Before the conversation turns to tools or models, we spend time on how the company actually runs: where work piles up, what the team spends its week doing, which decisions are slow and why. The recommendations come out of the business itself.

From there the work takes whatever shape fits.

Diagnostics and roadmaps. A c4 week review producing a prioritised, costed view of what to do, in what order.

Training and workshops. Half-day and full-day sessions that take a leadership team or a department from awareness to practical capability. We build each session around the company’s own workflows, so people spend the day on their real problems and leave having already used what they learned.

Ongoing consulting and advisory. Embedded support, 1-2 days a week or a monthly advisory session, to carry the plan through and keep momentum.

Founder Laura Rosenberger spent a decade running operations in high-growth consumer businesses before starting Superposition. She was COO of Naked Wines at £100m revenue and 100 people, co-founded Laylo and built its operations from zero, and spent a year as COO of an AI consultancy working alongside AI engineers.

She has sat in the seat her clients sit in, which makes her quick to see where AI will pay off.

We work with consumer brands in food and drink, CPG and DTC, typically between £10m and £200m revenue. Our clients are usually founders, CEOs, COOs and operations directors.
