FatFish Digital is a London-based AI assurance, governance and engineering consultancy for organisations that cannot afford to get AI wrong. We work primarily with NHS and healthtech organisations, with financial services and legal as secondary sectors.

Most AI consultancies do strategy or delivery. We do both, and we start with the part everyone else skips: making the thing safe, compliant and provable before a line of production code is written. Our Responsible by Design™ assessment gives boards, clinical safety leads and compliance teams a clear view of AI risk, regulatory exposure and readiness, with a defensible evidence trail. Our Assurance-to-Deployment (A2D™) methodology then carries that work into engineering, so governance is built into the system rather than bolted on afterwards.

Typical engagements include AI assurance readiness assessments, governance frameworks aligned to DCB0129/0160, DTAC, the EU AI Act and UK regulatory expectations, LLM evaluation and fine-tuning, and full-stack delivery of AI-enabled products. Clients are usually Series A to scale-up digital health vendors and mid-market regulated businesses that are AI or data heavy and have no in-house governance function.

We have shipped production healthcare software used by NHS clinicians and patients, and we hold delivery capacity in the UK. Case studies and client references are available on request.
